How did we get started?

Dyers RV Parts and Accessories (a.ka. Dyers RV and DyersOnline.com) has a long history rooted in problem-solving and community service. It all began in the spring of 1982 in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with Mr. Dyer himself.  Mr. Dyer owned and ran his own landscaping company, and over the years he had quickly become versed in repairing and rebuilding his own equipment trailers.  Thus, he transformed his landscaping company completely, stepping into the world of trailer builds and repairs, and quickly discovered how difficult it was to find trailer parts locally.

Frustrated by the lack of local options for trailer parts, and limited due to the fact that the Internet did not exist yet, Mr. Dyer took matters into his own hands and sought out the best of the best trailer parts suppliers every moment he could. Mr. Dyer worked diligently to forge close relationships with those suppliers, and went on to acquire his own repair shop & storefront, giving rise to Dyers Trailer Sales. 

For 18 years, Dyers Trailer Sales proudly served the local Michigan community, offering a wide range of recreational vehicle and utility trailer parts and supplies. Mr. Dyer serviced and built all types of trailers, and kept his store open daily with the help of his son, Mr. Dyer Jr. Then, with the invention of World Wide Web several years prior, and the recognition that trailer and RV parts were still hard to track down outside of their base of operations in Michigan, Mr. Dyer and his son took a major leap into online sales—and haven't looked back since!

Now serving customers and RV & trailer repair shops all throughout the U.S., the Dyers Duo made the strategic decision to close their Michigan store and relocate in 2004 to a warehouse in Cordes Lakes, Arizona. With online shopping becoming more and more popular over the years, Dyers RV needed more room to grow, so they made the move in 2014 to a larger, even more strategically located warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona where Dyers is still currently located. 

While a new retail store wasn't re-established, it certainly has not stopped Dyers RV from helping local customers urgently in need of repair parts. The entire Dyers team is onsite and in office Monday through Friday, ready to welcome and execute same-day pick up orders from local Arizona customers. 

To this very day, the Dyer family remains at the heart of the company. Mr. Dyer, Mr. Dyer Jr., and Mrs. Dyer all still play major roles in the day-to-day operations, upholding the values, commitment and love for all things RV related that have defined Dyers RV for the last 4 decades.

YEAR 1982

Dyers Trailer Sales was born, located in Rochester Hills, MI. 

YEAR 2000

Dyers went world wide! www.DyersOnline.com was created.

YEAR 2004

Dyers closed their retail store and repair shop and relocated to a warehouse in Cordes Junction, Arizona.

YEAR 2014

Needing more space, and a more advantageous location, Dyers moved to a bigger warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona.

DyersOnline.com is still growing and operating out of the same location!
